1. In-app deletion

How to delete your SolarLink account

Sign in to the SolarLink app.
Open the Account screen.
Select Delete Account.
Review the warning and confirm the action.

2. What happens next

Effect of deletion

Your account is deactivated.
Active sessions and tokens are revoked.
You are signed out of the app.
Your profile is removed from active platform use.

3. Retained records

What may still be retained

SolarLink may retain limited operational or historical records after account deletion where reasonably required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, backup integrity, dispute review, platform security, or service-history consistency.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in to the app, email support@solarlink.tech and include the account email address or phone number associated with the account you want reviewed.
