Using SolarLink means you accept these rules

These Terms apply when you register, browse, request, accept, manage, or support services through SolarLink. By using the platform, you agree to follow these Terms and the policies linked from SolarLink.

Account integrity and eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
• You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
• You may not impersonate another person or business or create accounts for fraudulent use.
• SolarLink may suspend or remove accounts involved in abuse, fraud, harassment, or policy violations.

SolarLink operates a marketplace, workflow, and support platform

SolarLink facilitates discovery, booking, notifications, status tracking, and dispute documentation for solar-related services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SolarLink is not the direct field-service provider and does not independently guarantee technician availability, workmanship, completion times, or final pricing.

Responsibilities of users

• Customers must provide truthful job details, accurate locations, and fair communication.
• Technicians must maintain accurate profiles, qualifications, service areas, and availability where shown.
• Both sides must keep booking actions honest, avoid misleading records, and use the app workflows where available.
• Users must comply with applicable professional, safety, and legal requirements connected to their services.

Job lifecycle rules

Job requests, direct requests, assignment actions, cancellations, completions, ratings, and disputes should be recorded in-app whenever possible. Repeated no-shows, abusive cancellations, fraudulent disputes, or attempts to manipulate ratings may lead to restrictions or account removal.

What is not allowed

• Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
• Fraudulent listings, impersonation, scraping, or spam.
• Attempts to bypass security controls or gain unauthorized access.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or misleading material.

Commercial terms

Where pricing or fee-related workflows appear in the app, users remain responsible for the final agreed booking terms. SolarLink may evolve fee, billing, or payment-related features over time. Any such updates will be reflected in the app and these Terms where required.

Limits of the service

SolarLink may limit or terminate access to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SolarLink provides the platform on an “as available” basis and disclaims warranties not expressly stated here.

Updates to these Terms

SolarLink may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
